After obtaining a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering in 1989 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and before joining Rocco Design Studio in the Building Services sector, Joe had worked for Associated Consulting Engineering Limited, one of the top consulting engineering firms in Hong Kong. He has participated in a large number of projects both in Hong Kong and overseas and has over 16 years' experience in system design, cost estimation, installation, project management and site supervision of E & M engineering services in the building industries.
