Prior to joining Rocco Design Studio, Helen worked at K&C Creation Limited, a Japanese design & built company. With her great enthusiasm for design and high level of competence in project management, she led the design & project team for a Japanese casual wear chain brand's stores in Hong Kong with great success. Her impressive performance and utmost professionalism have earned the trust and appreciation from colleagues, director, and clients alike. Helen graduated with a Bachelor or Arts in Design with Honors, majoring in Environment and Interior Design, at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before she had even graduated, two of her creative works were exhibited at the Hong Kong & Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (2009) and Hong Kong Detour (2010).
'Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.' This is what Helen strives for in her design. Needless to say, she cares about the aesthetics of space, but what is more important to her is the connection of space with its occupants: how people use it and how people feel about it. Life can be mundane, routine, and sometimes even lacks lustre. But she hopes her design can transform human experiences into one that is exciting, inspiring, and meaningful.
As a senior interior designer at Rocco Design Studio, Helen is eager to take on more novel and exciting challenges and create more intriguing designs that will exceed clients' expectations.
