Before joining Rocco Design Studio as a Project Director, Donald had served different companies and possessed extensive experience in working with international corporations and consultants in both Hong Kong and China for many years. Donald's previous employers include Kumagai Design, Ronald Lu & David Woo Associates, and Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Company Ltd. (subsidiary of China State Construction).

With over 30 years' experience in interior decoration and construction of various types after graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic Interior Design Department in 1979, Donald has truly mastered every aspect of every build, especially in high-end interior construction and programming for projects that are of the highest quality.
